What Pennypact is

Pennypact is a record-keeping and calculation tool, not a bank, payment service, money transmitter, escrow provider, custodian, lender, credit broker, exchange or bridge. It issues no tradeable token and does not accept, hold, pool, transmit, buy, sell, swap or bridge anyone's money or wallet keys, offer credit, suggest rates, or give financial, tax or legal advice. Payments go directly between people on services they choose. Listed payment apps, countries and features may be planned rather than available. Public on-chain records contain no names, amounts or descriptions and do not establish truth, payment or identity. Trademarks belong to their owners; no affiliation is implied.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives you a place on a list and one email when Pennypact opens where you are. It is not product access, a launch date, a price, a discount or a promise that your country will open.
You can leave at any time from the privacy page, and we remove your address straight away.
Use an address you're entitled to use. We may remove addresses that bounce or that appear to have been added by someone else.

This website

The examples on this site (Mira, Dev, the rent in Bengaluru or São Paulo) are illustrations. They are not real people or real transactions.
Prices, countries, payment apps and features described here are targets and plans. Where we say Planned or Researching, we mean it; nothing is available until it says Available.
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and update it as things change, but we make no warranty about pre-launch information.
Trademarks of payment apps and networks belong to their owners. Mentioning them describes what people use; it doesn't imply a partnership.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, if you're on the waitlist, tell you in the one email we send. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
